After each stay, the flats will be cleaned and sanitised in accordance with the protocols dictated by the Ministry of Health in Circular of the Ministry of Health 5443 of 22/02/2020 as amended and in Protocol ISS COVID-19 no. 19/2020 of the Istituto Superiore della Sanità as amended. The flats will also be adequately ventilated.

First of all, all the rooms in the A Casa Di Letta flats will be thoroughly cleaned by specialised and suitably trained personnel. The horizontal and vertical surfaces (furniture, worktops, kitchen elements, hard surfaces in general) are carefully wet dusted with a cloth soaked in a suitable degreasing product. Subsequently, the same surfaces previously cleaned will be disinfected using a disposable cloth and medical surgical device disinfectant product based on ethyl alcohol or chlorine.

Particular attention will be paid to points of contact such as handles, switches, electronic instruments, etc.
Floors will be swept mechanically using a professional vacuum cleaner and then washed with ethyl alcohol or chlorine-based medical surgical device detergent and disinfectant.
Textile surfaces such as doormats, carpets, sofas, upholstered chairs, etc. will be carefully vacuumed using a professional vacuum cleaner.
Floors, tiled walls and bathroom fittings will be thoroughly cleaned and descaled with specific products and then disinfected with a chlorine-based medical surgical device product.
Dishes, crockery and glasses made available to our guests will be washed at high temperature in the dishwasher in order to guarantee maximum hygiene also in the kitchen.
Sheets, pillowcases and towels will be machine washed and disinfected in a specialised laundry.

Please note that the disinfectant products used are registered as medical surgical device and have passed the virucidal efficacy test EN14476, proving to be perfect against COVID-19.

In order to provide a higher standard of safety for our guests, the cleaning of the rooms will be completed with a specialised and innovative anti COVID-19 sanitisation treatment carried out by the machine BASIC AIR SOLUTION. Designed to disinfect operating theatres in hospitals, the machine sanitises the air and all surfaces by spraying a dry mist of hydrogen peroxide, which is perfect against COVID-19. The technology uses totally non-toxic and biodegradable products. The disinfectant is a bio product, absolutely safe for humans and animals, which, when dispensed into the environment through a diffuser, is effective against viruses, bacteria, fungi and spores, and is suitable for disinfecting any surface, object and equipment. BASIC AIR SOLUTION can also be used to sanitise air-conditioning systems in flats.
